Send any document for e-signature
Send any document to clients for e-signature. Contingency forms, power of attorney—you name it. No separate DocuSign account necessary.
Chat upgrades
Need to dive deep on a single document? Pin it to chat and Vala will pull information from just that file. You can also see Vala's citations down to the page number, so no more hunting for references.
Automations
You can now automatically create tasks, sync data, or notify your team when a case moves forward.
External API for third-party integrations (Zapier/Make) - available on Grow plan
Workflows now include a full task manager with 15 triggers and 3 actions for your team

Autofill forms from chat
Soon you'll be able to chat "Fill out this 21-4138 with details about the client's knee problems" and Vala will generate the form and handle any updates you ask for.
