
This month was focused on strengthening the foundation of Vala across every stage of the claims workflow. We shipped major improvements to case management, document handling, client communication, AI-assisted work product, and workflow automation, making it easier to manage larger caseloads and keep work moving forward. While many of these updates are behind the scenes, together they make Vala faster, more reliable, and better equipped to serve as the central system for managing veterans, documents, workflows, and claim development.
